How much glass do I need? The amount depends on personal preference and desired flame appearance, but a general guideline for covering a burner with approximately 1-1/2" of glass is as follows: 18" Ring 30 lbs. - 24" Ring 50 lbs. - 30" Ring 70 lbs. - 36" Ring 90 lbs. Other suggestions:
