If you have received an incorrect or damaged shipment due to an error on the part of Gas Products Company, we will ship you a replacement at no charge to you. We may or may not request the original to be returned to us, depending on the circumstances. If so, we will issue you a pre-paid call tag with which to return the item(s).
For all other returned products (except custom-made items which are not returnable), you have 15 days from the time you receive the product to notify us that you wish to return it. The product is only qualified to be returned if it is in the original box and in like-new condition. There will be a 25% restocking fee with a minimum return fee of $10.00 and shipping charges are non-refundable. Credit will be issued in the form of original payment once the returned items have arrived at our location and been inspected.
